Refund policy

We hope you love all of your purchases from Hype Boutique! However, we understand sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY, and must be returned with in 30 days of purchasing. No items with stains of any kind will be accepted and clothing items must be returned with TAGS ON.

Return Info:

Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
Please return order with your packing slip. Your packing slip is in your order, and has all of your information and order number on it.

Damaged Items:

Damaged items must be reported with in 2 days of receiving your package.
